100 ml (1/2 cup) of melted butter
190 ml (3/4 cup) of sugar
2 eggs
375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of flour
2,5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of baking powder
Lemon zest
100 ml (1/2 cup) of milk
1 cup of blueberries
Garnishing :
Lemon juice
60 ml (1/4 cup) of sugar

Preparation
Preheat oven at 350 °F (180 °C). Whisk butter with sugar and eggs.
Add flour, baking powder and lemon zest and alternate with milk.
Add blueberries. Set in a greased bread mold. Oven bake at 350 °F (180 °C) for an hour. Pour garnishing over it while the bread is still hot.
