400 g (14 oz) of boneless chicken, without skin, cut into cubes
Flour
60 ml (1/4 cup) of olive oil
Salt and pepper up to taste
1 package (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
4 chopped garlic cloves
1 diced red pepper
1 diced green pepper
4 diced potatoes
250 ml (1 cup) of small cauliflower bouquets
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of herbs of Provence
Lemon zest and juice
500 ml (2 cups) of chicken broth

Preparation
Cover chicken cubes with flour. Preheat a medium high heat a large cocotte with olive oil. Season chicken and brown each side for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add remainings ingredients and reduce at low heat. Simmer for 50 to 60 minutes.
