200 ml (1 cup) of white wine
2 Maggi broth cubes
1 onion
1 carrot
1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les cultures de chez nous sliced leeks

Preparation
Bring 8 cups of water to a boil with white wine, minced vegetables and Maggi broth cubes. Cook for 25 minutes and soak pork knuckles for cooking 1 hour.
Heat oven at 410 °F (210 °C).
Set pork knuckles over a roast grill. Set in oven for 1 hour of cooking. Set vegetables (sliced) in a plate. Cover with water and vegetables broth. Frequently spray pork knuckles with vegetables cooking juice. Pork knuckles needs to be soft or even confit.
