250 ml (1 cup) of milk
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of flour
10 ml (2 teaspoons) of butter
150 g (150 ml) of Gruyère cheese

Preparation
Steam Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks for 5 minutes.
Préparation de la sauce béchamel :
Béchamel sauce preparation:
In a casserole, set butter, add flour until well mixed with butter, add milk and 1/4 of Gruyère.
Gratin preparation:
Set sliced leeks at the bottom and cover with béchamel sauce. Spread with gruyère cheese left. Oven bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for 20 minutes.
