  • 1 package of 250 g (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of milk
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of flour
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of butter
  • 150 g (150 ml) of Gruyère cheese

  • Steam Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks for 5 minutes.
Préparation de la sauce béchamel :
  • Béchamel sauce preparation:
  • In a casserole, set butter, add flour until well mixed with butter, add milk and 1/4 of Gruyère.
Gratin preparation:
  • Set sliced leeks at the bottom and cover with béchamel sauce. Spread with gruyère cheese left. Oven bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for 20 minutes.
