Blueberries waffles

  • 3 separated eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of sugar
  • 160 ml (2/3 cup) of soft butter
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of flour
  • 2,5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of vanilla
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of blueberries

  • Turn egg whites in snow. Scramble egg yolks and add salt. Mix butter and sugar. Add flour. Knead. Add egg yolks then mix.
  • Add carefully egg whites and vanilla. Cover with a cloth and refrigerate for 2 hours. Add blueberries and mix. Cook 3 minutes for each waffle.
