625 ml (2 1/2 cups) of blueberries
500 ml (2 cups) of flour
315 ml (1 1/4 cup) of sugar
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of baking powder
2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of salt
2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of salt 125 ml (1/2 cup) of margarine
5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla
190 ml (3/4 cup) of milk
2 eggs

Preparation
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add soft margarine, vanilla and milk. Scramble all and add eggs. Pour half paste in a square plate and grease.
Add blueberries and spread with sugar (optional). Finally, add rest of paste over blueberries.
Oven bake at 350 ºF (180 ºC) for at least an hour or until it roast.
Prick with a fork to verify baking.
