Pistachios, spinaches and asparagus galettes
Ingredients
- Two commercial puff pastry
- A can of Aucy cream spinaches
- 10 green asparagus
- 150 ml (150 gr) of Ricotta cheese
- 100 ml (100 gr) of pistachio pesto
- 1 egg
- Egg yolk
- Roast asparagus in the oven under the grill. Mix ricotta cheese with egg. Add pistachio pesto and spinaches can.
- Set roasted asparagus over a first circle of pastry. Add pistachios and psinaches mixture.
- Cover all with second circle of puff pastry. Pressure pastry on sides to seal. Brush with egg yolk and set in the oven at 350 °F (180 °C) for 35 minutes.
