10 green asparagus
150 ml (150 gr) of Ricotta cheese
100 ml (100 gr) of pistachio pesto
1 egg

Preparation
Roast asparagus in the oven under the grill. Mix ricotta cheese with egg. Add pistachio pesto and spinaches can.
Set roasted asparagus over a first circle of pastry. Add pistachios and psinaches mixture.
Cover all with second circle of puff pastry. Pressure pastry on sides to seal. Brush with egg yolk and set in the oven at 350 °F (180 ºC) for 35 minutes.
