Pistachios, spinaches and asparagus galettes

  • Two commercial puff pastry
  • A can of Aucy cream spinaches
  • 10 green asparagus
  • 150 ml (150 gr) of Ricotta cheese
  • 100 ml (100 gr) of pistachio pesto
  • 1 egg
  • Egg yolk

  • Roast asparagus in the oven under the grill. Mix ricotta cheese with egg. Add pistachio pesto and spinaches can.
  • Set roasted asparagus over a first circle of pastry. Add pistachios and psinaches mixture.
  • Cover all with second circle of puff pastry. Pressure pastry on sides to seal. Brush with egg yolk and set in the oven at 350 °F (180 ºC) for 35 minutes.
