  • 10 eggs
  • 1/3 package of 250 gr (1 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of sliced mushrooms
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of vegetables of your choice (zucchinis, red or green pepper) and sliced into chunks
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of milk
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of grated Swiss cheese
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of grated Mozzarella cheese
  • Herbs up to taste (basil, parsley, marjoram)
  • Salt and pepper up to taste

  • In a pan, brown leek and garlic in a butter-oil mixture. Add mushrooms and vegetables and brown for 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together. Add cooked vegetables, cheese and season. Mix well.
  • In an oven safe pan, pour mixture and cover. Cook for 15 minutes at medium low heat. Remove from heat and set under the grill for 1 to 2 minutes until the top of the frittata is lightly roasted.
