10 eggs
1/3 package of 250 gr (1 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
1 chopped garlic clove
250 ml (1 cup) of sliced mushrooms
250 ml (1 cup) of vegetables of your choice (zucchinis, red or green pepper) and sliced into chunks
125 ml (1/2 cup) of milk
375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of grated Swiss cheese
125 ml (1/2 cup) of grated Mozzarella cheese
Herbs up to taste (basil, parsley, marjoram)
Salt and pepper up to taste

Preparation
In a pan, brown leek and garlic in a butter-oil mixture. Add mushrooms and vegetables and brown for 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together. Add cooked vegetables, cheese and season. Mix well.
In an oven safe pan, pour mixture and cover. Cook for 15 minutes at medium low heat. Remove from heat and set under the grill for 1 to 2 minutes until the top of the frittata is lightly roasted.
