60 ml (1/4 cup) of olive oil
4 sliced Italian sausage
1 package of 250 g (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
500 ml (2 cups) of cooked spaghettis pastas
6 whisked eggs
4 sliced boconccinis
125 ml (1/2 cup) of finely chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Preheat oven at broil. Heat olive oil in nonadhesive pan a medium heat. Brown sausage and leeks for 3 minutes. Add spaghettis, season with salt and pepper, mix well and cook 1 minute.
Add whisked eggs, boconccini slices and parsley. Cook slowly for 5 minutes. Finish cooking at the center of the grill for 1 minute while watching.
Serve with a spinach salad.
