2 more egg yolks

1 cup of light brown sugar
1 cup of cooking cream

Preparation
For crepes, mix all ingredients and cook into fine crepes.
For the caramel sauce, cook at medium heat until boil.
Set a crepe in a plate and spread the cheese cake mixture over it and roll it up. Spread fresh blueberries over crepe and pour the caramel coulis.
