Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes
  • 4 chorizo sausages
  • 2/3 package of 250 g of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 4 eggs
  • 2,5 (½ teaspoon) of hot sauce
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of chopped garlic

Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 205 C (400 F).
  • Dice potatoes.
  • In a pan, heat oil at medium heat. Cook potatoes for 5 to 8 minutes, until al dente.
  • Add sausages, leeks and, if desired, garlic. Salt and pepper. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Divide the preparation into four ramequins.
  • Break an egg into each ramequins. Oven bake for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Serve with hot sauce.
