  • 75 ml (1/3 cup) of butter
  • 1/2 package of 250 gr (1 1/2 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of all-purpose flour
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of corn flour
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of baking powder
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of raisins
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of chopped dried sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 blond beer of 341 ml

  • In a pan, at medium heat, melt butter and brown sliced leeks for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, sieve corn flour and baking powder. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients with raisins, sausage, eggs, leek and beer. Preheat waffle iron and butter well. Pour a large ladle and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Serve with maple syrup and cheese.
