Ingredients

  • 1 L (4 cups) of minced and peeled apples
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of blueberries
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) of sugar
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of flour
  • 190 ml (3/4 cup) of brown sugar
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of oatmeal
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of baking powder
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) of soft butter

Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 350 °F (180 °C).
  • Set blueberries and apples in a square plate of 8 inches x 8 inches. Mix flour, brown sugar, oatmeal and baking powder.
  • Add butter until chunks take forms. Spread the mixture over fruits. Oven bake at 350 °F (180 °C) for 30 minutes.
