Preparation
Brown sliced leeks in butter for about 5 minutes. Add cooking cream and Cantonnier cheese to sliced leeks.
Simmer at low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Salt and pepper up to taste.
Meanwhile, broil bread slices in the oven over a baking sheet. Spread leeks preparation over toasted bread slices.
