				Sausage and leek frittata
				
				
				
				
					
					
		
			Ingredients
				
					
						- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of olive oil
- 4 sliced Italian sausage
- 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 500 ml (2 cups) of cooked spaghettis pastas
- 6 whisked eggs
- 4 sliced boconccinis
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of finely chopped fresh parsley
 
				 
		 
		
			
				
					
						
							- Preheat oven at broil. Heat olive oil in nonadhesive pan a medium heat. Brown sausage and leeks for 3 minutes. Add spaghettis, season with salt and pepper, mix well and cook 1 minute.
- Add whisked eggs, boconccini slices and parsley. Cook slowly for 5 minutes. Finish cooking at the center of the grill for 1 minute while watching.
- Serve with a spinach salad.
