Ingredients

  • 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of butter
  • 1 ripe, peeled and diced pear
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of peeled pistachios
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of dried cranberries
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of finely chopped rosemary
  • 1 Brie cheese or any soft paste cheese

Preparation

Side-by-side mode
  • Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C).
  • In a pan, fry sliced leeks in butter. Cook 2 minutes. Add diced pears, pistachios, cranberries and rosemary, cook 1 minute while stirring often.
  • Set Brie cheese in an oven safe plate covered with aluminium paper or in a plate made exactly for this kind of cooking. Cover with leeks garnishing. Oven bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool down 5 minutes before serving.
  • You may also prepare leeks garnishing beforehand. Can be refrigerated well until the next day.
