  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of canola oil
  • 8 chicken breast tournedos
  • 2 packages (6 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 2 minced red apples
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of sweet apple cider
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of Loneys chicken broth
  • 200 gr of herbs flavored goat cheese

  • Preheat oven at 400 °F (200 °C). In a pan, roast chicken breast tournedos for 5 minutes over each sides into hot oil. Finish with oven baking for 15 minutes or until entirely cooked.
  • In the same pan, drain oil surplus and fry sliced leeks for 2 to 3 minutes. Add cider, broth and apples. Continue cooking at medium heat for 5 minutes. Set at warm.
  • Spread chicken breast tournedos with cheese and brown in the oven. Serve chicken breast tournedos over leeks sauce with your favorite starchy.
