30 ml (2 tablespoons) of canola oil
8 chicken breast tournedos
2 packages (6 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
2 minced red apples
125 ml (1/2 cup) of sweet apple cider
250 ml (1 cup) of Loneys chicken broth
200 gr of herbs flavored goat cheese

Preparation
Preheat oven at 400 °F (200 °C). In a pan, roast chicken breast tournedos for 5 minutes over each sides into hot oil. Finish with oven baking for 15 minutes or until entirely cooked.
In the same pan, drain oil surplus and fry sliced leeks for 2 to 3 minutes. Add cider, broth and apples. Continue cooking at medium heat for 5 minutes. Set at warm.
Spread chicken breast tournedos with cheese and brown in the oven. Serve chicken breast tournedos over leeks sauce with your favorite starchy.
