One package of 200 gr (6½ oz) of puff pastry
1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of olive oil
125 gr (4 oz) of minced Camembert cheese
2 apples or pears, heart removed and sliced into quarters
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of butter
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of honey
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of pine nuts

Preparation
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lower puff pastry dough into a circle of 25 cm (10 inches) of diameter. Set over the plate by folding the side over. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Cook sliced leeks in a pan until tenderness, for about 5 minutes.
Set the grill at the bottom of the oven. Preheat oven at 375 °F (190 ºC). Prick bottom of the crust with a fork. Do not prick its sides. Brush with olive oil. Spread cheese into a star shape. Add apple or pear slices into remaining spaces.
Add sliced leeks, honey over the pie and spread with pine nuts. Generously salt and pepper.
Oven bake 40 minutes. Serve as an appetizer.
