Ingredients

  • 310 ml (1¼ cup) of graham breadcrumbs
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of melted butter
  • 250 ml (250 g) of cream cheese
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of sugar
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of milk
  • 45 (3 tablespoons) of lemon juice
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of whipped cream
  • 750 ml (3 cups) of blueberries

Preparation

  • Mix breadcrumbs and butter into a 9 inches mold.
  • Press firmly at the bottom and over each sides to form a crust.
  • Whisk cream cheese, sugar, milk and lemon juice in a medium size bowl.
  • Spread whipped granishings over the crust. Garnish with blueberries.
  • Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
