Salad :
Cooked chicken into pieces
Chopped lettuce
A finely chopped medium size onion
Pieces of fruits of the season (up to taste)
Whole pecan nuts or any other nuts
Sauce :
285 ml (10 oz) of frozen raspberries and raspberries juice
15 ml (2 tablespoons) of white vinegar
15 ml (2 tablespoons) of sugar
125 ml (1/2 cup) of olive oil or canola

Preparation
Macerate ingredients for the sauce in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Set in mixer and sieve to remove all seeds. Add 1/2 cup of olive oil or canola while stirring.
Set in a sauce boat and serve with the salad.
