  • Salad :
  • Cooked chicken into pieces
  • Chopped lettuce
  • A finely chopped medium size onion
  • Pieces of fruits of the season (up to taste)
  • Whole pecan nuts or any other nuts
  • Sauce :
  • 285 ml (10 oz) of frozen raspberries and raspberries juice
  • 15 ml (2 tablespoons) of white vinegar
  • 15 ml (2 tablespoons) of sugar
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of olive oil or canola

Preparation

  • Macerate ingredients for the sauce in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  • Set in mixer and sieve to remove all seeds. Add 1/2 cup of olive oil or canola while stirring.
  • Set in a sauce boat and serve with the salad.
