10 strawberries
125 g of gorgonzola
2 Boston lettuce
80 ml (1/3 cup) of walnuts
For the vinaigrette :
60 ml (¼ cup) of olive oil
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of lemon juice
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of chopped fresh mint
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of chopped fresh oregano
5 ml (1 teaspoon) of chopped garlic
Salt and pepper up to taste

Preparation
In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients for the vinaigrette.
Slice strawberries into halfs. Dice gorgonzola. Set aside 4 large leaves of Boston lettuce and chopped remaining leaves.
Into the large bowl, set strawberries, chopped Boston lettuce and walnuts. Stir.
Set a Boston lettuce leaf into each plates. Divide strawberries salad and diced gorgonzola over leaves.
