2 finely sliced red peppers
1 red onion sliced in halfs and finely chopped
1/4 cup (50 ml) of balsamic vinegar
24 young asparagus sliced in halfs
1/2 cup (125 ml) of crumbled Feta cheese
1 cup (250 ml) of broccoli sprouts

Preparation
Preheat grill at medium heat. In a medium shaped bowl, mix well onion, peppers and vinaigrette, then marinate for about 10 minutes.
Perforate few slit into a disposable plate. Set vegetables mixture over the plate and roast 5 minutes, while turning around the vegetables a few times. Add asparagus and roast for 5 to 10 minutes, or until it gets tender and crispy.
Set vegetables into four plates and add cheese and broccoli sprouts.
