1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
2 onions
Fresh parsley
190 ml (3/4 cup) of cooking cream
A pinch of salt

Salmon pavé with creamy leeks

Preparation
Slice salmon portions into squares (of about 3 cm).
In a pan, brown parsley, Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks and minced onions in a bit of butter. Cook at low heat.
When browned, add salmon pavé. Cook everything together. Cooking will be quick, since salmon pavé are pretty small.
When cookings end, add cream and a bit of salt. As for garnishing, spread the plate with few raw parsley.
