3 mature bananas
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of melted margarine
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of low fat yogurt
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of unsweetened apples compote
125 ml (1/2 cup) of biological sugar
500 ml (2 cups) of biological flour
2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of cinnamon or nutmeg
4 ml (3/4 teaspoon) of baking powder
4 ml (3/4 teaspoon) of baking soda
2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of salt
2 eggs
250 ml (1 cup) of frozen blueberries

Preparation
Preheat oven at 350 ºF (180 °C).
Crush bananas in a large bowl. Add melted margarine, yogurt, compote, sugar and eggs. Mix well. Set aside.
Mix dry ingredients then slowly add bananas mixture. Cover carefully the blueberries without shaking too much.
Pour in a non-stick bread mold and bake until a toothpick gets out clean ( for about 75 minutes).
