750 g (1 1/2 pound) of chopped beef
1//2 package of 250 g (1 1/2 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of fresh finely chopped parsley
4 finely chopped garlic cloves
1/2 finely chopped red pepper
1 finely chopped jalapeno pepper
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of finely chopped coriander leaf
4 finely chopped French shallots
60 ml (1/4 cup) of chili sauce
1 lightly whisked egg
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of Worcestershire sauce
Few tabasco rops up to tste
5 ml (1 teaspoon) of Cayenne pepper
45 ml (3 tablespoons) of soy or tamari sauce
Ground salt and pepper up to taste
6 to 8 hamburger or sesame seeds kaiser breads

Preparation
Preheat barbecue at medium heat.
In a large bowl, mix and knead all ingredients exept hamburger breads. Divide and make with the mixture 6 to 8 meatballs.
On the lightly oiled barbecue grill, bake meatballs for 6 to 8 minutes each side or until meat is well cooked. Roast hamburger breads. Serve meatballs over grilled breads.
