Ingredients
For the fruits :
600 g of a mix of frozen berries
250 ml (1 cup) of sugar
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of flour
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of orange zest
For the crisp :
250 ml (1 cup) of oat flakes
180 ml (¾ cup) of flour
125 ml (½ cup) of brown sugar
80 ml (1/3 cup) of butter
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of orange zest ( optional)

Preparation
Preheat oven at 190 C (375 F).
In a bowl, mix all fruits related ingredients then pour in a square mold of 23 cm (9 inches).
In another bowl, mix all ingredients for the crisp until obtaining a crumbly preparation.
Cover fruits with this preparation.
Oven bake 40 minutes.
