Ingredients

  • For the fruits :
  • 600 g of a mix of frozen berries
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of sugar
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of flour
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of orange zest
  • For the crisp :
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of oat flakes
  • 180 ml (¾ cup) of flour
  • 125 ml (½ cup) of brown sugar
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) of butter
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of orange zest ( optional)

Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 190 C (375 F).
  • In a bowl, mix all fruits related ingredients then pour in a square mold of 23 cm (9 inches).
  • In another bowl, mix all ingredients for the crisp until obtaining a crumbly preparation.
  • Cover fruits with this preparation.
  • Oven bake 40 minutes.
