Wash and dry blueberries. Set blueberries, sugar and lemon juice in a large cauldron. Then, lightly crush ingredients. Bake at high heats while constantly stirring. After getting to a boil, cook for 10 minutes at medium heat. Watch and stir regularly. Lower to a lower heat.
Add pectin and simmer for about 10 minutes. Take this time to sterilize your pots. Remove foam (foam over the jam) and add Grand-Marnier while stirring vigorously for 1 minute.
Pour and seal into your pots.
Chef’s note
This recipe is ideal for a breakfast on the terrasse with a good coffee. You can make the same recipe by replacing blueberries with strawberries and the Grand Marnier with Porto.
