  • 500 g of chicken breast
  • 1 package of 250 g (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 1 red pepper
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of olive oil
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of curry
  • Salt and pepper
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of fresh cream

  • Slice chicken breast into thin strips. remove pepper peduncle and seeds and slice into strips.
  • In a pan, heat oil and brown meat. Add sliced peppers and leeks and continue cooking at medium heat 10 minutes.
  • Deglaze juices of meat with fresh cream, season and spray curry.
  • Serve with rice vermicelli.
