Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 bottle of VH honey and garlic sauce
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) of plums sauce
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) of BBQ sauce
- 2 cups of blueberries
Preparation
Side-by-side mode- In a small bowl, mix VH honey and garlic sauce with BBQ sauce then plums sauce.
- Then, with chicken breasts, make an incision on its side (with a knife) to set in blueberries. (about 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of blueberries inside each breasts).
- With remaining blueberries, set into the sauce.
- Simmer for 3 to 4 hours at 325 ºF (160 °C) in the oven.
