Asparagus with Parmesan
Ingredients
- 454 g (1 pound) of fresh trimmed asparagus
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of grated Parmesan cheese
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of bread crumbs
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of olive oil
- 1 ml ( 1/4 teaspoon) of salt
- 1 ml ( 1/4 teaspoon) of pepper
- In a large casserole filled with salted boiling water, cook asparagus for 4 to 5 minutes or till it gets tender.
- Drain asparagus and set in a serving plate. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well to cover well all asparagus.
