  • 1 cup of light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of light sour cream
  • 2 cans of diced artichokes
  • 1 cup of mixed cheese up to taste (mozzarella, cheddar, old cheddar, a bit of parmesan)
  • Pepper
  • 1 package of 250 g (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks slightly blanched
