  • 4 thin or medium leeks cut in half lengthwise, trimmed, blanched
  • A few mint leaves
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of sugar
  • Grated fresh Parmesan cheese

  • Preheat the barbecue to 400°F (200°C).
  • Oil a baking sheet and place the leeks to form 4 portions.
  • Insert mint leaves between the leek leaves.
  • Spread with a few drops of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle lightly with sugar.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cook on the barbecue for 10 to 12 minutes.
