  • 2 packages of 250 gr (6 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • 2 peeled and dried shallots, sliced into four
  • 4 large potatoes, cooked, peeled and into thick slices
  • 1/2 red pepper, roasted and sliced
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of finely chopped fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Heat oil in a large pan at medium heat. Cook Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks and shallots for 2 minutes. Add potatoes and red pepper.
  • Season well and cook 8 to 10 minutes, at medium heat. Do not burn leks, low down heat if needed. Add basil, season and continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Serve.
