Ingredients

  • 4 Les cultures de chez nous leek's white, sliced into three sections
  • 1 red pepper, into large cubes
  • One unpeeled garlic bulbs
  • 6 small potatoes, sliced in two
  • 60 ml (134 cup) of olive oil
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 375 °F (190°C).
  • Coat a large or two medium sized baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay all vegetables ovr the plte and pour a bit of oil. Generously salt and pepper.
  • With hands, cover vegetables with oil. Well divide vegetables over the plate by taking care to not tack it. Oven bake for 45 minutes. turn vegetables two times while cooking.
