Ingredients

  • 454 gr (1 pound) of pork cubes
  • Salt and pepper
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of paprika
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of olive oil
  • 1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 yellow pepper, in cubes
  • 1 green pepper, in cubes
  • 2 peeled carrots, in cubes
  • 310 ml (1 ¼ cup) of long grain rice
  • 1 can of 540 ml (19 oz) of diced tomatoes
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of chicken broth

Preparation

  • Season pork cubes with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • In a large pan, brown pork cubes in olive oil for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Set pork cubes in the slow cooker, add other ingredients. Well mix and cook for 2 hours at high heats or till rice is cooked.
