Ingredients

  • ½ package of 250 g (1 ½ cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 diced potatoes
  • 750 ml (1 large chunk) of broccoli in florets
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of cauliflower in florets
  • 2 liters (8 cups) of chicken broth without added salt
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of Belsoy or SoNice soy cream
  • Ground salt and pepper up to taste

Preparation

  • Brown all vegetables in oil for 5 to 7 minutes. Add broth. Simmer at low heat for 25 to 35 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  • Pass in the mixer till obtention of a smooth consistancy. Add soy cream. Rectify seasonings.
