Preparation

Preheat oven at 375 °F (190 °C).
Set sliced leeks at the bottom of a large buttered or oiled gratin plate.
Set few chunks of butter over leeks.
Salt, pepper and roast chicken breasts in a large pan at medium high heat, for about 3 to 5 minutes over each sides.
Set roasted chicken breasts in the gratin plate.
Cover chicken breasts with basil and cheese.
Oven bake 35 minutes or until chicken flesh loses its pink tint.
