375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of milk
4 crepes
1 package of 400 gr of cooked ham
16 cooked asparagus
250 gr (1 cup) of grated Swiss cheese
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of butter
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of flour
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of fresh chopped tarragon

Preparation
Preheat oven at 205ºC (400ºF). In a casserole, heat butter at medium heat. Add flour and cook 1 minutes. Pour milk. Salt and pepper. whisk till boilling. Add tarragon, if desired.
Garnish crepes with ham slices and asparagus. Set in a cooking plate and coat with sauce. Spread with cheese and oven bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
