Stuffed crepes with ham and asparagus

  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of milk
  • 4 crepes
  • 1 package of 400 gr of cooked ham
  • 16 cooked asparagus
  • 250 gr (1 cup) of grated Swiss cheese
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of butter
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of flour
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of fresh chopped tarragon

  • Preheat oven at 205ºC (400ºF). In a casserole, heat butter at medium heat. Add flour and cook 1 minutes. Pour milk. Salt and pepper. whisk till boilling. Add tarragon, if desired.
  • Garnish crepes with ham slices and asparagus. Set in a cooking plate and coat with sauce. Spread with cheese and oven bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
