1 diced angel cake
10 to 12 strawberries sliced into four
4 peeled and diced kiwis
180 ml (¾ cup) of 35% whipping cream
500 ml (2 cups) of milk
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of honey
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of lemon zests

Preparation
In a bowl, prepare pudding with milk by following packaging's indications. If desired, add lemon zests.
In a transparent presentation plate, divide half the pudding, cake and fruits. Repeat to form a second floor.
Whip cream until obtaining firm pikes then add honey. Garnish bagatelle with whipped cream.
