1 diced potatoe
45 ml (3 tablespoons) of margarine or butter
1/2 package of 250 gr (1½ cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
2 finely chopped celery branches
1 finely chopped red pepper
250 ml (1 cup) of finely chopped cabbage
2 liters (8 cups) of chicken broth
Salt and pepper up to taste

Preparation
In a casserole, melt margarine or butter. Roast all vegetables (wihtout any coloration) at medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Add chicken broth. Keep heating for another few minutes then serve real hot.
