  • 1 diced potatoe
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of margarine or butter
  • 1/2 package of 250 gr (1½ cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 2 finely chopped celery branches
  • 1 finely chopped red pepper
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of finely chopped cabbage
  • 2 liters (8 cups) of chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper up to taste

  • In a casserole, melt margarine or butter. Roast all vegetables (wihtout any coloration) at medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Add chicken broth. Keep heating for another few minutes then serve real hot.
