Asparagus rolls

  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) of mustard
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of dill
  • 12 slices of white bread
  • Butter
  • 12 cooked thin ham slices (optional)
  • 12 cooked crispy asparagus

  • Mix mustard and dill in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • remove bread crust and press each slices as thin as possible with the help of a rolling pin.
  • Butter mustard over one side of bread slices then spread ham over the mustard.
  • Set an asparagus over the edge of each bread slices, roll and set over a baking sheet.
  • Oven bake 450 °F (230 °C) for 10 minutes or until bread roast.
