Salmon pavé with creamy leeks

  • 2 salmon portions
  • 1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 2 onions
  • Fresh parsley
  • 190 ml (3/4 cup) of cooking cream
  • A pinch of salt

  • Slice salmon portions into squares (of about 3 cm).
  • In a pan, brown parsley, Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks and minced onions in a bit of butter. Cook at low heat.
  • When browned, add salmon pavé. Cook everything together. Cooking will be quick, since salmon pavé are pretty small.
  • When cookings end, add cream and a bit of salt. As for garnishing, spread the plate with few raw parsley.
