Papillotes de saumon au BBQ

  • 1/2 package of 250 gr (1½ cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • Salmon fillet of 1 inch (2,5 cm) thick
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of olive oil
  • Fresh salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley
  • Juice from half a lemon

  • Cut aluminium paper large enough to cover entirely salmon fillet. Pour olive oil and lemon juice in a plate. Soak in salmon fillet over all sides then set over aluminium paper, skin part under. Well salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and spread sliced leeks over salmon fillet.
  • Close well. May macerate for about 30 minutes before cooking. Set in the barbecue over the upper grill at low heat with the barbecue lid close. While cooking, turn over papillotes from time to time. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
