6 chopped bacon slices
1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
Salt and pepper
45 ml (3 tablespoons) of butter
6 bread slices
6 eggs

Preparation
Preheat oven at 400°F (200°C). In a pan, brown bacon for 2 minutes. Add leeks and brown for 2 minutes, salt, pepper and set aside.
Butter bread slices on both sides. With a cookie cutter, cut large circle in the middle of bread slices. Keep centers.
Lay bread slices and bread centers over a large baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Break an egg in each hole. Season with salt and pepper. Oven bake for 6 to 7 minutes.
Divide sliced leeks and bacon mixture into 6 plates. Set into each plates a bread slice and an egg in its center. Serve hot.
