  • 400 gr (4/5 pound) of linguine pastas
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) of butter
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of sliced wild mushrooms
  • 3 chopped shallots
  • Lemon juice
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of fresh parsley
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of sherry
  • 1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks

  • Heat butter in a casserole. Add mushrooms and Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks. When it starts to brown, add shallots and brown for 2 to 3 minutes. Add lemon juice, parlsey and sherry. Season and keep at warm.
  • Cook pastas.
  • Drain and mix the preparation.
