  • A :
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of flour
  • 7,5 ml (1 1/2 teaspoon) of baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) of sugar
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) of butter
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla
  • B :
  • 1 L (4 cups) of blueberries
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of sugar
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • C :
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of lemon juice
  • 440 ml (1 3/4 cup) of sour cream
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) of sugar

Preparation

  • Generously butter a spring form cake of 10 inches (25 cm). Mix all A ingredients. Press mixture at the bottom of the mold.
  • Mix all B ingredients and set over paste.
  • Pour ingredients left over fruits. Oven bake at 350 ºF (180 °C) for an hour or until top brown.
