  • 250 ml (1 cup) of flour
  • 180 ml (¾ cup) of sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 6 whisked eggs
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of milk
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of raspberries

  • Preheat oven at 180 C (350 F).
  • In a large bowl, mix flour with sugar and salt.
  • Progressively add eggs and half the milk while whisking slowly until obtaining an homogeneous mixture.
  • Add remaining milk, then add raspberries while stirring carefully.
  • Butter a pie plate or a quiche mold of 25 cm (10 inches) of diameter and pour in the preparation.
  • Oven bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool down.
