250 ml (1 cup) of flour
180 ml (¾ cup) of sugar
A pinch of salt
6 whisked eggs
250 ml (1 cup) of milk
500 ml (2 cups) of raspberries

Preparation
Preheat oven at 180 C (350 F).
In a large bowl, mix flour with sugar and salt.
Progressively add eggs and half the milk while whisking slowly until obtaining an homogeneous mixture.
Add remaining milk, then add raspberries while stirring carefully.
Butter a pie plate or a quiche mold of 25 cm (10 inches) of diameter and pour in the preparation.
Oven bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool down.
