  • 3 eggs
  • 160 ml (5/8 cup) of flour
  • 1 package of baking powder
  • 100 ml (6 tablespoons) of oil
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of milk
  • 100 ml (3/8 cup) of grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 fresh salmon fillet of 200 gr (whitout skin and fish bones)
  • 1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 1 nuts of butter
  • Salt and pepper

  • Preheat oven at 350 °F (180 °C).
  • With butter, roast Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks in a casserole.
  • Slice salmon into pieces and brown for about 5 minutes with sliced leeks. salt and pepper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk eggs, flour and baking powder. Add salmon mixture and sliced leeks and all other ingredients. Pour it all in an ungreased mold and oven bake for 45 minutes.
