500 ml (2 cups) of raspberries
65 ml (1/4 cup) of olive oil
1 small pinch of salt
1 small pinch of pepper

Preparation
Slice tomatoes and avocados into slices and set in a plate.
Mix raspberries with olive oil then with salt and pepper, till obtaining an homogenized sauce.
Pour sauce over tomatoes and avocados. Enjoy.
