  • 1/2 package of 250 gr (1 1/2 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 100 gr of carrots
  • 50 gr of parsnip
  • 50 gr of celery
  • 50 gr of green cabbage
  • 150 gr of potatoes
  • 50 gr of grean beans
  • 30 gr of butter
  • 50 gr of smoked bacon sliced into small strips
  • 1 liter of white poultry stock
  • Big salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 chervil branches

  • Cut vegetables into paysanne, except Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks.
  • Blanch green cabbage for one minute with boiling water.
  • Blanch smoked bacon. Sweat bacon with butter.
  • Add carrots, celery, sliced leeks and parsnip then sweat 5 minutes. Soak with white poultry stock.
  • Season and cook with simmering for 15 minutes.
  • Add cabbage and potatoes then cook 15 minutes (with simmering). Add green beans then cook 5 minutes. Add pepper and chervil leaves.
  • Serve really hot.
